TemporalSystem
TemporalSystem(name: str, description: str, universal: bool = False)A named system of musical time (see TonalSystem for the tonal counterpart).
Every Duration reports its system through temporal_system, so that code combining durations can refuse to mix systems. A universal system is one whose elements belong to no system in particular (a ZeroDuration) and may be combined with anything.
