Difference(kind: str, measure: int | None, part: str | None, detail: str)

One thing two canonical documents disagree on: its kind (an item tag, or “header”, “part-list”, “parts”, “measures”), the measure index and part where it is (None outside a measure), and the item itself, prefixed “-” when only the first document has it and “+” when only the second does.
